Adjustment Factors Scenario 4

A guardrail is placed on the edge of a driveway. The rails are made of incised, pressure treated Douglas Fir-Larch (N) No.2, 6 x 6's mounted to steel I-beams that are used as posts. The flanges of the posts are 6 inches wide. Posts are placed at the ends of the rails so that one post supports the ends of two rails. The driveway is in an area where the relative humidity stays high year around (i.e. MC > 19%). Consider the effect of an impact load due to a car hitting the guardrail.  What are the applicable published design values and adjustment factors for both NDS and LRFD?
